Our extra virgin olive oil is pressed from organic Greek olives grown on the sunny peninsula of Chalkidiki. The olives are harvested when they are still green (early harvest), which ensures the premium quality of the oil and its authentic subtle spicy, herbal to bitter taste. The trees we grow in our orchard grow naturally without the use of artificial fertilizers and pesticides. Quality is very important to us, which is why the olives are harvested and then hand-selected. The oil is extracted using a cold mechanical pressing method (<27°C), which ensures that the beneficial vitamins and essential acids are preserved.
It is ideal for cold cuisine, for example for flavouring salads, but it is also suitable for cooking or grilling. Your meals will be healthier and tastier - after all, we are talking about the "healthiest fat on earth".

Náš extra panenský olivový olej je lisovaný z bio gréckych olív, ktoré rástli na slnečnom polostrove Chalkidiki. Olivy zbierame keď sú ešte zelené (skorý zber), čo zabezpečuje prvotriednu kvalitu oleja a jeho autentickú jemnú korenistú, bylinnú až horkastú chuť. Stromy, ktoré pestujeme v našom sade rastú prirodzene bez použitia umelých hnojív a pesticídov. Kvalita je pre nás veľmi dôležitá a preto olivy zbierame a následne selektujeme ručne. Olej sa získava metódou mechanického lisovania za studena (<27°C), čo zabezpečí, že sa v ňom zachovávajú prospešné vitamíny a esenciálne kyseliny.
