Soy granules

Extruded soy granulate is a vegetable product produced from soy raw material through an extrusion process, during which it acquires a characteristic porous structure and texture similar to meat. It is characterized by a high content of vegetable proteins, a good ability to absorb water and a neutral taste.

It is mainly used in the food industry in the production of vegetarian and vegan products, meat substitutes, ready meals, semi-finished products and as a protein component of various food products. After hydration, it acquires a soft consistency and easily absorbs flavors and spices.
